- Heat oil and add the cumin seeds.when the seeds crackle add the onions and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and all the dry spices mentioned.
- Saute and add the tomatoes and let it cook till mushy.
- Add the spinach leaves and cook till the leaves change their colour.
- Let it cool and then grind the mixture into a smooth paste.Do not add water.
- In the same pan add the puree and add cubed Paneer.Cook for 5 to 7 mins.
- Take the flour add the sugar and the salt and add the cold butter.
- Rub the butter into the flour and now add cold water and make a very stiff dough..
- Refrigerate the dough for atleast 30 mins.
- Take the dough out and spread it.Make small roundels and place each of it in a mini tart pan.make a thin layer. Pierce holes in the tart and bake the tarts @ 200 The Celsius for 20 mins in a preheated oven.
